Counting Calories

As I prepare for a Healthy Wealth You workshop, I was considering the amount of calories in certain food/drinks.

Calories are GOOD: A Calorie is a unit of energy. But, when you don’t burn all that digested “energy”, the body stores it somewhere… and that is by building up fat.
